5 Best Packers Bars in Chicago: Where to Root for the Green & Gold

If you live in Chicago, you know well that pretty much every bar is a Bears bar on Sundays once autumn rolls around. But if you bleed green and gold, it can be a little harder to find kindred spirits.

Looking for somewhere to watch the game? Or maybe just a little taste of home? Here are a few places that encourage you to wear that Cheesehead with pride. These are the top spots for anyone looking for a dedicated Packers bar in Chicago.

Official Chicago Watch Sites for Packers Fans

If you’re looking for a Green Bay Packers bar in Chicago with "sound-on" game day energy and a sea of jerseys, these are the heavy hitters.

But the real action starts on game days, when the full-service kitchen opens at 9:30 a.m. but closes 30 minutes before kickoff — then there's a patio grill serving the basics. On the pre-kickoff menu: Leinenkugel's-battered walleye bites, Wisconsin cheese curds and a Merkt's cheddar burger, among other things. And on tap, there are plenty of Wisconsin beers for Packer Fans to enjoy.

1. Will's Northwoods Inn

The full-service kitchen opens early but closes 30 minutes before kickoff, making way for a patio grill serving up the game-day basics. On the pre-kickoff menu: Leinenkugel's-battered walleye bites, authentic Wisconsin cheese curds, and the Merkt's cheddar burger.
