Easter's one of those holidays known as a moveable feast: a holy day whose date isn't fixed to a particular day of the year. (Actually, other moveable feasts' dates actually change with the date of Easter.)
Here at Chicago Food Planet, every tour is a moveable feast in itself — in the sense that we travel as we fill our stomachs, but also in the sense that Hemingway meant it: that the memory of a tour stays with our participants long after it's over.
